These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Gitoku. By accessing or using Gitoku, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. If you use Gitoku on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Gitoku provides Git hosting, repository management, pull request review, workflow automation, and AI-assisted collaboration features. We may improve, add, or remove features over time.
Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time, and paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Gitoku, its integrations, or AI outputs will be error-free, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You may stop using Gitoku at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, endanger the service, or misuse it.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-app support chat or your usual support channel.
